NZBA Risk Management Documentation: 
In April 2007, the NZBA adopted revised risk management documentation, updating its 2000 documents.

The NZBA documentation is designed primarily for use by New Zealand banks with their counterparties. However, in practice, the NZBA documentation has evolved into a market standard that has been adopted by both bank and non-bank New Zealand counterparties.
